Positive: The rental agency was great and very quick with responses with any questions I had. The location was great and the lay out of the rental was nice as well. It was a quiet location.

Negative: 1. Paying as much money as I did, I should be able to adjust the a/c to be as cold as I like. We travel often, many times to Key West as well and I’ve never stayed in a place that I couldn’t adjust the thermostat below 72. Being hot in a rental is my biggest pet peeve and the owner needs to put in a new a/c unit if it can’t be lower than 72. 2. The area rugs are a huge tripping hazard and need to go or have a rug pad to hold them in place. Everyone in my family tripped over them at least once. In the front bedroom and the living room. 3. The floors were dirty. My kids feet and socks were black. We don’t typically wear shoes in our own house but had to wear them in the rental. 4. We were told once we were already in the rental that there was someone that had to come to the property at 8:45 am on one morning of our stay for insurance purposes and that it was already scheduled prior to me booking the rental property. This was not discussed with me at the time of booking and 8:45 am is 7:45 am where we live. I had to set an alarm and also wake my young kids up on our vacation. We are not morning people so needless to say, I wasn’t happy about not being told when I booked.
