(Sunporch is not a heated /Air conditioned space ) Outdoor grill is available, and is shared with any guests in lower level. If using sunporch, please keep noise levels low and access is only available until 10 pm. NO Parties, and please be considerate of tenants in lower unit, keep noise levels low after 10 pm . NO PETS , NO SMOKING anywhere in building , including sunporch and garage.

Please park in the driveway on the right hand side of garage . Space next to Basketball hoop is also available . Maximum space is 3 cars. Overnight Parking is also available on the street from April 1 - October 31. No parking inside garage.
