This 5th floor penthouse condo has been completely renovated, no children under the age of 12 permitted. As you enter you are greeted with huge marina views. Walking into the condo you will notice all of the high end finishes, from the hardwood floors to the beautiful kitchen to all of the brand new décor. The dining room is open to the rest of the great room and seats 6-8 people comfortably. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and bar seating for 2.
