The 4 bedroom, 2 bath home's contemporary kitchen has higher end appliances, a master suite with full bath and beautiful bright windows overlooking the big private furnished fenced-in backyard, perfect for family barbecues on the propane grill, s'mores nights around the fire pit and a safe play space for the kids and dogs. The lower level den features a cozy hangout space with a large flatscreen TV, and a spacious laundry room.
Bring the 3 kayaks the owners have generously supplied (2 adult and 1 kid size with life jackets) to the launch from the community water access about a block and half from the home, or bring your bikes for rides on the easily accessible trails. There is also a county park with a playground. There is parking for 4 total cars on the driveway/under the carport.

House Rules
Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age. No pets unless the $150 non-refundable pet deposit has been paid prior to checkin. Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home and the owners do come back from time to time to stay in their property. Please respect the neighbors and neighborhood. No parties, events or smoking of any kind.
