Accessibility: This home is accessible with a few steps leading up the back deck and a flight of steps leading to the loft's door. Inside, everything is located on one level, with wide hallways and standard doorways for ease of movement.
Parking: There is a shared driveway; however, there’s plenty of street parking and a dedicated parking area behind the home that accommodates up to four vehicles. Please avoid blocking the driveway between the homes.
Pets: This is a pet-free property. A $150 fee will be charged for violations of the pet policy.
Trash: Trash bins are conveniently located at the front of the property. Guests are free to dispose of trash during their stay.
Heating/Cooling: The home is equipped with central heating and cooling. Thermostat controls are located on the main level which is not accessible to guests in the loft. If you're too hot or too cold, just message me and I can adjust the temperature through my phone.
