This home has a beautiful view of the bay from inside or outside of the home. There is an outside patio with gas grill, fire pit, dinning and sitting area in the back and sitting area on the very large front porch. This quaint and tranquil property boasts a cozy atmosphere perfect for unwinding. We think our place will help you experience everything Fair Haven and Sterling have to offer.. Local grocery store, ice cream stand, liquor store, restaurants,bars, 2 golf courses, a public dock that is across the road from the rental, a marina across the road from the rental, a village boat launch at Little Sodus one block away from rental, Fair Haven State Park that is a 2 minute drive from rental but can be walked to also. Most everything is within walking distance golf-courses are a short drive. We offer Fast Wi FI, TV’s in every bedroom, large dining room eating area, kitchen with all new appliances.
