Positive: Location was fantastic and the dock outside was amazing - perfect for early morning fishing & crabbing!

Negative: The house was not cleaned prior to our arrival and it took a lot of back and forth on my end to get someone there to clean in a reasonable time. Additionally, the downstairs showerhead was worthless so all 10 of us had to use one shower, the dishwasher wouldn't close and latch half the time so we had to do a lot of dishes by hand, and the oven door wouldn't stay shut. All things that could be easily addressed and updated for the next guests, but put a damper on our stay due to the inconvenience
