A fully-stocked kitchen and open concept living room/dining area Includes internet, YouTube tv, air-conditioning on the first floor and newly added on the second floor, ceiling fans in upstairs bedrooms, living room and dining rooms. There is a sunroom with a daybed and extra eating area. The cottage has 50 feet of private water frontage with a private dock.
Centrally located between Petoskey and Mackinaw City offers day trips to numerous locations in northern Michigan or simply stay and relax at the lake. Within 30 minutes of Mackinac Island, Mackinaw City, Cheboygan, Petoskey and Harbor Springs. Close to skiing, golf, snowmobile trails and the U.P.!! Douglas Lake has over 40% frontage owned by University of Michigan, ensuring a quiet setting!! This rental also comes with four kayaks.
