The living area has a wall of glass windows and a sliding door that opens to the balcony. The kitchen has new cabinets, granite countertops, and seating for 4 at the dining table and a nice breakfast bar with seating for 2. (No icemaker) New flooring throughout, and all furniture. Both bathrooms downstairs have been renovated, and a half bath was added to the main floor. Bedroom 1 has been remodeled to include a private desk space for computers and games. This bedroom has a queen bed, and the bath has a new vanity and a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a double bed with a single trundle. The hall bath has a tub/shower and new vanity. For additional sleeping options, the living area has two sleeper sofas (Singles).
