The unit has been renovated with luxury plank flooring throughout, kitchen cabinets, high end stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. It is equipped with a French door refrigerator with ice maker, ultra-quiet Bosch dishwasher, smooth cooktop, built-in convection oven, microwave, toaster, Keurig machine and 3 ply stainless steel pots and pans. The convenient center island with granite countertop doubles as kitchen work space, breakfast bar and the dining area that seats 6. The living area is an open floor plan so that even when you are in the kitchen, you don't miss out on activities in the living area. Bedroom 1 has a wall of floor to ceiling windows to capture the ocean view. Bedroom 2 features a King bed and a bunk bed (2 Singles). The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
