The Deer Valley Chalet is a brand new luxury Ski and Vacation home located at the steps of Deer Valley Ski Resort, the #1 Resort in North American (voted by Ski Magazine). During the winter months, our accommodations offer convenient shuttle access directly to the resort. Simply step outside your door, hop onto the shuttle, and in just a few minutes, you'll find yourself on the ski hill. It's the most convenient setup in town! You are across the street from Deer Valley Pond which is Park City's best spot for Stand Up Paddle Boarding, boating and other water activities. Right next to the Pond is the Deer Valley Grocery Café where you can grab a delicious lunch, dinner or snack on the deck overlooking picturesque Deer Valley. During the winter months, our accommodations offer convenient shuttle access directly to the resort. This 6250 sq ft Deer Valley Ski Chalet features 9 large bedrooms, 8 bathrooms Gourmet Kitchen, multiple tables for large dining parties and amazing views off of the front decks. Additionally, there are 2 Game Rooms, a large garage that fits up to 7 cars in the Garage and driveway and a large 10 man hot tub that overlooks Deer Valley and many of the yearly Ski competitions, firework shows and other events.
With spacious great rooms, a gourmet kitchen, expansive views, game rooms, 9 bedrooms and walking distance to Deer Valley resort you can't get any better than the Deer Valley Chalet. We look forward to hosting you and yours.
Additional Description -
On the 1st floor, off of the garage, there is a large room with ski lockers and a small sitting area, laundry room with double washers, bathroom and large entrance area.
On the 2nd floor there are 2 Master Suites with King Beds and their own bathrooms, a 3rd room with Queen bunks as well as a Theater Room. Behind the theater room there is a large Game Room with Ping Pong, Air Hockey, Foosball and an Arcade with over 1,000 Arcade games.
On the 3rd floor there is a large gourmet kitchen, open room dining and a large sitting room that opens on to the front deck with a large 10 man hot tub overlooking Deer Valley Ski runs and mountain vistas. On the 3rd floor there are also 3 Bedrooms with sturdy Queen Bunks (6 Queen Beds total).
On the 4th floor there is a Master Suite with a King with it's own Bath with tremendous views as well as 2 other rooms both with Queen Bunks. This floor overlooks the 3rd floor and captures amazing views. Total Bedrooms: 3 Master Suites with Kings and Bathrooms 6 Bedrooms with Queen Bunks and Bathrooms (Queen Bunks are very large, sturdy, custom wood - hand crafted and can just be used as Queen Suites as well if the top of the bed isn't used).
