The Fawngrove condominiums are located just minutes from the Deer Valley resort plaza and situated next to a gorgeous lake in the Snow Park valley. The convenience of the free local shuttle makes this complex very desirable for a group without a rental vehicle as well. The living room has a large sectional couch for curling up by the fire or enjoying your favorite movie on the huge 70" HDTV! Also in the living room is a separate dining area to accommodate a large group,. This large 5 bedroom condo is sure to make your vacation comfortable and pleasant!

Loft - This room has a brand new queen size sofa sleeper, HDTV and a dresser. Bathroom located at the bottom of the steps in the living room area or share with the primary/twin bedrooms.
Hot Tub: Brand new for 2024! Private to unit, located outside on patio off living room area. This hot tub has amazing views of the Deer Valley mountains and the beautiful lake behind the condo. Winter only.
