The free shuttle bus stop is 15 yards from the house, with Deer Valley ski lifts approximately 1/4 mile away. Park City's Main Street is 1/2 mile away and can be reached with just a short bus ride or 10 minute walk. Park City Ski Resort is 1 mile away on free shuttle route. FREE Shuttle buses to all the resorts stop by every 7 minutes.
The layout is ideal for two families of four or three couples. There are 3 private and spacious bedrooms (2 king beds and a bunk room with 4 twins + trundle), each with ensuite bathrooms.
The house has recently been renovated and is on 3 levels with approx 2,500 sq ft of space. The upgrades include, private hot tub with mountain view, new stainless steel appliances, granite tops in kitchen and bathrooms, smart Roku TVs with Wifi in all bedrooms, large flat screen with BluRay/DVD and stereo in the living room and wireless broadband internet.
