Positive: Was really disappointed when we arrived went into one of the bathrooms there was a really bad smell of urine they'd put paper around lid as though it had been cleaned we lifted lid and was full of stagnant urine there was know lighting in main bedroom our bathroom was dirty around blocked up door in the runs of shower patio furniture was absolutely filthy ive taken photos and want to know how I make a formal complaint
